Quietly closing out 2016 in my most favorite of all places: aboard my good ship Nereus. Perfectly content — it’s been a great week aboard.

While many have argued 2016 had been a difficult year — and I would not disagree in principle — this is the year Nereus began sailing for fun again. Also, we’ve made many repairs and a number of terrific upgrades in hopes of setting up 2017 as the year of voyaging!
So, we are looking forward to what 2017 has in store for us aboard.
